“My spec ops experience pays the bills… The martial arts, keep me from loosing my mind”
Kenpo master Bud Holt, Bud to his friends, is marooned in Colombia with no money, no contracts and no more taste for parachuting into the usual special ops hot spots.
So he sets up a martial arts school in Bogota. As far as ideas go, this is a good one. There’s not much in the way of competition for a hard core Kenpo bushido dude… or is there?
j.j., a thieving, ponzi-scheming, slimy hustler hits on a way to cover his tracks: a martial arts school which promises quick results…And what happens when a quiet martial arts master gets mixed up with a hustler with a product to sell, a hottie who knows no limits when it comes to manipulating men and a dumb rich guy who’s caught in the wrong place?
Well, you get work for a gringo marooned in Bogota who’s tired of doing special ops work in hairy places. Not that this work is going to be easy or safe; Welcome to Bogotá. 8,500 feet above sea level, 8 million people, a reluctant Kenpo Karate master and some assorted scumbags that need to be taken care of.

On this page you can track our progress! We will post 10 minute videos throughout the production, showing various behind the scenes content and producer/actor insights.
The first six scenes are complete. They were scripted by Antonio Posada but we did not use a story board. We did compile a shot list but improvised on site to provide the look we desired. We still have a very long way to go. Here are some behind the scenes shots and interviews with the producers. Co-producer Antonio Posada gives some very interesting insight into the creation of this project. Look for other “Making” updates as filming progresses. We are shooting in HD with Sony’s HVR-Z7u for camera “A” and the FX 1000 for “B”.

Just wanted to let everyone know, got my copy last night. Took two days to get in the mail. FAST!!!
I REALLY enjoyed it. Great action, AWESOME Kenpo!!! And what a great backdrop for a movie. Never been there, of course, but looks like a beautiful country visually on the screen. AND Master Tatum, Tim Bulot and Frank Soto ROCKED the screen!
Frank, have not yet had the pleasure of meeting, but I can see why our west coast family speaks so highly of you. You move well and look great in the suit and the necklace topped things off extremely well; Tim, don’t know what to say, except thanks for putting Kenpo back on the big screen and your technique is absolutely BODACIOUS! You show that Kenpo is the “Real Deal.” Loved how the storyline was written, edited and how it flows; The action and firearms / military piece is certainly real and everyone that watches it will realize the background that it comes from is legit. The ending training sequence is enough to point this out to the viewers. Thanks for putting this piece in there too.
And Master Tatum…what can else can you say…LOL…I see you hid a couple little lessons in there, huh? LOL… NICE! Always teaching and the fighting scenes were GREAT!!!; Oh..And the acting was well done too, guys, Anyway, money well spent. We’re putting together a movie night at PKA Karate Academy in Pittsburgh for everyone to see it on our big screen, Can’t wait to get everyone to see it. Thanks Again!
